Support Services Coordinator – Permanent Part Time | 32 Hours | Monday to Friday | Thames, Coromandel

At Bupa Tararu Care Home, we’re looking for an experienced Support Services Coordinator who enjoys structure, takes pride in high standards, and knows how important strong operational support is in a care home environment.

You’ll coordinate the day-to-day support services across the care home, helping ensure cleaning, laundry, kitchen support, supplies, and general operational standards run smoothly for residents, visitors, and staff. This role suits someone who naturally keeps things organised, communicates well with different teams, and is confident stepping in to solve problems before they become bigger issues.

The team at Tararu is close-knit, practical, and resident-focused. You’ll be trusted to take ownership of your area while working alongside people who genuinely care about maintaining a warm and well-run environment for residents.
