Adult Residential Support Professional – Aspen Center (2nd Shift)

Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan is seeking an Adult Residential Support Professional to join our team at Aspen Center in Waukesha County. Aspen Center provides residential substance use treatment for men in a supportive, recovery-focused environment, helping individuals build the skills and confidence needed for lasting recovery.

As an Adult Residential Support Professional, you'll provide daily support, encouragement, and supervision while helping residents work toward their treatment goals. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, medication support, documentation, transportation, crisis response, facilitating groups, and creating a safe, welcoming environment where recovery can thrive.

We're looking for someone who is compassionate, dependable, and passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Schedule: Full-time, benefits-eligible
Shift: Sunday through Thursday 2pm-10pm shift

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and supervise residents throughout daily activities
  • Document resident progress and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with medication support, transportation, meals, and life skills
  • Respond to crisis situations and maintain a safe environment
  • Facilitate groups and support individualized treatment goals
  • Perform urinalysis and breathalyzer testing as required
