
We are seeking an analytical and business-minded Support Portfolio Manager to support monetization, pricing, and portfolio strategy for our Customer Succes and Support Services offerings.
This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is passionate about business strategy, technology, data analysis, and customer value. The Support Portfolio Manager will help develop pricing models, analyze service performance, evaluate market opportunities, and support initiatives that drive revenue growth and profitability across the services portfolio.
Working closely with Product Management, Finance, Sales, and Renewal teams, this individual will gain hands-on experience in how service businesses are designed, packaged, priced, and monetized.
