  • Provide responsive, customer-focused support before, during, and after esports tournaments.
  • Identify, document, and track data-quality issues, defects, and process problems to ensure they are properly followed through to resolution.
  • Contribute customer and operational insights that can help improve products, processes, and the overall support experience.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of relevant esports titles, tournament formats, rules, and platform capabilities to improve troubleshooting and decision-making.
  • Contribute regularly to the internal knowledge base, sharing useful information with colleagues, partners, and customers.
  • Maintain a professional, collaborative, and client-first approach while working as part of a globally distributed support organization.
  • Requirements:

    • Previous experience in a customer-facing support, technical support, operations, or similar role.
    • Strong customer-first mindset and demonstrated ability to remain calm, helpful, and solution-oriented when handling complex or time-sensitive issues.
    • Genuine interest in competitive esports and familiarity with titles such as Counter-Strike 2, Valorant, Dota 2, or PUBG; knowledge of additional competitive games is a plus.
    • Understanding of esports tournament structures, formats, rules, and competitive gaming workflows.
    • Excellent written and spoken English, with additional languages considered an advantage.
    • Experience using collaborative and communication platforms such as Slack, Google Workspace, Discord, and Microsoft Teams
    • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify patterns and distinguish between operational and technical issues.
    • Good organizational skills and attention to detail when documenting incidents, tracking issues, and maintaining knowledge resources.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, tournament organizers, partners, and technical teams.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where issues may need to be investigated and resolved in real time.
    • Availability to work shifts and weekends when required by tournament schedules and operational needs.
    • Basic knowledge of computer science or technical concepts is a plus.
    • Willingness to continuously learn new esports titles, technologies, and operational processes.
    • Benefits:

      • Flexible working conditions with the opportunity to work remotely.
      • Mental health support and access to professional counseling.
      • Generous vacation allowance of 28+ days per year
      • Company and team-wide events.
      • Opportunities for work-related travel, including travel insurance.
      • Training, self-development, and professional development budget.
      • Strong career growth and advancement opportunities.
      • Support and mentorship from colleagues across different professional backgrounds and locations.
      • High-quality company merchandise and swag.
      • Opportunity to work with an international team distributed across more than 24 countries.
