Als Support Manager ben jij hét eerste aanspreekpunt voor gebruikers van onze applicatie CTcue: een krachtige zoekmachine binnen het ziekenhuis EPD waarmee patiëntpopulaties inzichtelijk worden gemaakt en data wordt verzameld voor analyse.
Jij helpt zorgprofessionals en analisten om het maximale uit deze tool te halen. Je hebt een scherp analytisch vermogen, stelt de juiste vragen en denkt creatief mee over oplossingen. Of het nu gaat om functionele vragen, complexe bugs of nieuwe ideeën: jij brengt structuur, duidelijkheid en voortgang.
