At Belong Chester, we're looking for an outstanding Registered Support Manager to join our leadership team and help us continue to set the standard for person-centred care.

As Registered Support Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role within the Village, working alongside the General Manager and wider operational team to ensure the delivery of safe, effective and compassionate care. You will lead and develop multidisciplinary teams, champion quality and compliance, and create a culture where both residents and colleagues can flourish.

You will be a visible and inspiring leader who leads by example, motivates teams to achieve excellence, and promotes a culture of continuous improvement. Your influence will extend across resident care, colleague development, service quality, regulatory compliance and operational performance.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager or senior leader within a regulated care environment.
• Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations, quality standards and compliance requirements.
• A proven track record of delivering high-quality, person-centred care services.
• Experience of managing budgets and staffing resources effectively.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and people development skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• A positive, proactive and adaptable approach.
• A genuine passion for supporting older people to live fulfilling lives.
• A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care
• The ability to inspire teams, drive continuous improvement and promote a culture of excellence.
