We are pleased to invite expressions of interest for a Payments Tier 3 (Support Lead) role.
We're looking for an exceptional leader who thrives on solving complex problems, building strong relationships, and driving outcomes in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. As the Payments Tier 3 (Support Lead), you'll be a key member of Vista's Payments team, working directly with customers to investigate and resolve complex payment-related issues while delivering an exceptional support experience. You'll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Regional Support, Account Management, and Delivery teams to troubleshoot critical production issues, support customer rollouts and go-lives, drive root cause analysis, and ensure successful outcomes for our customers.
Beyond day-to-day support, you'll play an important role in shaping the future of our Payments products by identifying trends, advocating for customer needs, providing input into product enhancements, and triaging bugs to ensure issues are well understood and prioritized appropriately. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving challenging technical problems, building strong customer relationships, and influencing product quality through a combination of technical expertise, customer insight, and operational excellence.
