Technical Skills

• Duck Creek Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the Duck Creek policy system; experience in configuration and customization.
• Integration Skills: Ability to integrate Duck Creek with other systems through APIs and web services, including troubleshooting and optimizing integrations.
• Software Development Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or JavaScript relevant to Duck Creek environments; understanding of version control systems.
• Database Knowledge: Understanding of SQL and database management specific to Duck Creek data, including optimization and performance.

Leadership and Management Skills

• Team Leadership: Experience managing support teams, fostering collaboration, and mentoring team members in Duck Creek topics.
