Job Summary

Role - AI/ML Coach

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities

1. Design and implement state-of-the-art machine learning pipelines and processes for data collection, data preprocessing, feature extraction, model training, and model evaluation.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and domain experts, to identify and define project requirements and deliverables.
3. Conduct advanced statistical analysis and modeling to gain valuable insights from large-scale datasets and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
4. Explore and experiment with novel approaches and techniques in the field of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning to improve the performance and capabilities of our language models.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in the field of NLP and AI, and integrate relevant findings into our research and development efforts.
6. Mentor and coach junior members of the team, fostering a culture of learning, knowledge sharing, and professional growth.
7. Assist in the development and implementation of best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.

Skill Requirements

Requirements

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. PhD preferred.
2. Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing, with a focus on large language models and generative AI.
3. Extensive hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
4. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or Java for data manipulation, analysis, and model development.
5. Solid understanding of statistics, probability theory, and mathematical optimization.
6. Proven track record of successfully leading and managing data science and machine learning projects from conception to delivery.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and analytically.
8. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
