Requirements:
  • Experience in supporting card processing systems at least 1 year or 2 years of any payment processing systems
  • Knowledge of the principles of Card Processing Operations of the authorization and clearing part
  • Hands-on experience with any logging system (Splunk, CloudWatch, DataDog, etc.)
  • Knowledge of the HTTP protocol of the application layer, experience with the API-browsers (Postman, Swagger, etc.)
  • PL/SQL - writing simple CRUD queries


Nice to have:
  • Experience with Core Banking System, (experience with Temenos would be your benifit)
  • Experience with KYC/KYB (like SumSub, etc.)
  • Experience with SmartVista
  • Any experience with Banking as a Service products
  • Hands-on with SalesForce


Responsibilities:
  • Communication with client's support representatives in Slack chats
  • Escalation of tickets to Engineers of the Card Processing Team
  • Online monitoring of the in-house card-processing system
  • Analysis of system events - system logs, etc.
  • Reception and processing of reverse tasks from internal teams
  • Performing and automation of routine procedures (including AI automation tools): file exchange, running of system scheduled tasks
  • Setting up emulators of payment systems (setting up test/pre-prod environments)
