💻 THE ROLE

We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Support Engineer for an international project in the telecommunications sector

🙂 WHAT YOU'LL DO

Build a set of customers satisfaction KPIs;
Build a set of KPIs for performance, stability, uses cases and customer profiles for each product in the portfolio;
Adept at diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware problems, providing timely solutions, and delivering excellent customer service.

💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Proficient in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues;
Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud services;
Good English communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with customers;
Ability to empathize with customers and provide clear, concise, and understandable explanations;
Proven track record of maintaining high customer satisfaction through efficient issue resolution;
Assure the SLAs are assured by Fusion Organization;
Adaptable and quick learner, able to comprehend new technologies and troubleshoot unfamiliar issues;
Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate and comprehensive documentation;
Capable of generating reports, documenting troubleshooting steps, and creating knowledge base articles.
