As a Support Coordinator with Stronger Ground, you'll provide psychosocial support to people experiencing complex mental health challenges across the Perth metropolitan area.
Working alongside Peer Recovery Workers, Support Workers and external service providers, you'll help people achieve their goals, strengthen their wellbeing and connect with the services and communities that support their recovery.

This outreach-based role requires regular travel across the Perth metropolitan area to meet clients in community settings and a collaborative, person-centred approach to supporting people with complex needs.
The role is a full-time, 12-month Maximum-Term Contract, working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, generally between 8:00am and 5:00pm, with occasional weekend and public holiday work by arrangement.
