
Support Coordinator – Brisbane
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Support Coordinator to join our team. Working closely with our Member Services and Claims teams, you will play an important role in supporting members through the early stages of the claims process.
This is a highly member-focused role where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound communications, preparing claims documentation and ensuring accurate information is captured before matters are handed over to our Claims Specialists.
Key Responsibilities
About You
You are an organised and professional administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping others. You bring strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to remain calm and empathetic when handling sensitive situations.
You will ideally have:
Experience within professional services, medical or legal environments will be highly regarded, but is not essential. Applicants must hold Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
