We are building a Customer Support Team in Türkiye to enhance our customer service capabilities. This team will play a critical role in monitoring IT servers, handling e-document issues, and providing exceptional customer support. e-Document Expertise: Leverage your experience in electronic documents(e-invoice, e-delivery, e-ledger) to address and resolve related issues
Customer Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, ensuring all their queries and concerns are promptly addressed
Problem Analysis and Resolution: Conduct detailed error analyses to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise
Continuous Monitoring: Keep a close eye on IT server performance to ensure smooth operation
Experience with SAP or EDI in the support area is highly advantageous
Proven track record in IT server monitoring
Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform
Good communication skills in English
A proactive approach to problem-solving
Suitable for shift work plan also on weekends
Successfully completed vocational training (IT specialist, IT system administrator, comparable commercial training) and/or completed studies (business informatics, computer science or comparable) or professional experience in this field
