Could you be the full-time Support Analyst - Mercury in Bangalore we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your analytical and problem-solving expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative and innovative team of professionals.

You'll play a pivotal role in supporting the deployment and functional administration of Mercury, ensuring its seamless integration and effective use across our global organization. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including Finance, IT, and various project management teams), assist in data migration and control, and deliver training sessions to empower users, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of administrating Mercury master data and supporting users in their post-live management, but also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for tool processes and functionalities.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Supporting Mercury deployment, including data migration and post-live management

  • Administering and maintaining Mercury master data

  • Performing tests before each release or migration

  • Updating administration documentation and proposing process improvements

  • Providing first-level support to users and coordinating with editor and IT teams

  • Writing specifications for new requests and updating support materials

  • Delivering training on Mercury processes, workflows, and functionalities

  • Updating training materials and ensuring new users receive access and guidance

  • Advanced university degree in engineering, finance, or information technology

  • Strong interest and aptitude for tool functional administration

  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus

  • Basic understanding of finance, particularly project controlling, is advantageous

  • Previous experience in a support team is appreciated

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Continuous improvement mindset with strong analytical abilities

  • Problem-solving and root cause identification skills
