Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
§ Ensure end-to-end responsibility for achieving the IT project’s objectives in line with the commitments made to the Business or organization, while complying with the entity’s strategic priorities, IT governance processes, group’s standard architecture and the sponsor’s expectations.
§ Analyze and understand the needs of all stakeholders and ensure the compliance of solutions recommended by the group by bringing the Group's standards to the business.
§ Steer the entire IT project and coordinate all the people involved and contributors.
§ Guarantee reliable and relevant reporting with the necessary alerts and recommendations to provide decision-making support to all actors involved.
§ The go-to contact person for the IT project.
§ Ensure the knowledge of IT Projects Governance in the Group and their correct application to the project context.
§ Contribute and generate value to the organization by ensuring project’s benefits, managing risks, and finding cost saving opportunities.

Contributing Responsibilities
§ Provide Technical / Functional support and act as an SME using expertise
§ Develop the team as a techno functional team by cross training
§ Conduct weekly team meetings and track action plans
§ Ensure weekly 1-2-1 meetings with the onsite stakeholders to provide key updates
§ Ensure monthly review and key KPIs are delivered on a timely basis.
