As a Support Agent, you'll help our users get where they need to go. Whether it's a question about a ride, a technical issue or an unexpected situation, you'll be there to provide fast and friendly support.
Working from our Amsterdam headquarters during office hours and remotely during evenings and weekends, you'll play an important role in delivering the best possible experience for thousands of our users.
As Check continues to grow, so does our Support team. We're planning to double the size of our team over the next period while continuing to deliver the high-quality service our users expect. It's an exciting time to join, grow with us and help shape the future of our Support team.

Your main responsibility is helping our users through chat, email and phone. You'll solve issues, answer questions and make sure every user interaction leaves a positive impression.
No two days are the same. One moment you're helping someone start a vehicle, the next you're coordinating an incident report or working with another team to resolve a more complex issue.
