As a Supply Team Leader, you will:

• Manage a team: recruit, onboard, coordinate, develop team members, allocate resources and drive performance
• Be responsible for relations with suppliers on procurement issues
• Oversee the supply and flow of components
• Oversee the level and coverage of physical stocks as well as the consistency of the data in the ERP
• Implement and improve the processes and methodologies necessary to meet the objectives of your team
• Lead the continuous improvement of the department in agreement with Global teams
• Any other task relevant to the position or scope

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain or procurement, preferably in an industrial environment
• Team management experience with the ability to lead and develop people
• Strong knowledge of procurement, supply planning and inventory management
• Experience working with ERP systems and data analysis tools
• Fluent English with the ability to collaborate with international teams and suppliers
