About this position: Supply Product Manager Location – Beavercreek, OH

Wage/Salary Range: $135k - $155k

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Advise and assist highly skilled Product Owners to help drive further growth through the continued development and maintenance of the products within product center.
  • Develop product management processes and toolsets for their assigned product center and respective roadmap.
  • Works with Government Value Center lead to align portfolio managers and stakeholders around the vision for the Value Center
  • Manages the work of the product center.
  • Aligns priority across products within the product center
  • Allocating requirements to Product Teams and ensuring that the Product Teams are driving towards the business outcomes provided.
  • Removing blockers as escalated from Product Teams.
  • Manages priorities across Product Teams according to customer direction.

Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications

  • Education Requirements: Bachelor of Science Degree, preferably in computer science or related major, or 5-10 years equivalent experience.
  • Level of Experience Requirements: Three (3) years’ experience as a Product Owner and with managing multiple IT projects.
  • Ten (10) years’ experience in Supply
  • Two (2) years’ experience with continuous integration/continuous delivery operations.
  • Must hold or be able to obtain a SECRET security clearance; requires U.S. citizenship

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics

  • Ability to lead a cross-functional Value Center Agile team in the development and support of new product initiatives spanning many internal teams.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of logistics systems affected in Supply Value Center
  • Ability to manage our supply needs, including analytics to understand and coordinate across the logistics portfolio.
  • Ability to gather and generate requirements for product evolution based on market analysis and end user (or internal team) interactions.
  • Ability to lead in communicating project readiness. Identify, prioritize and manage key challenges and risks of a given product.
  • Ability to establish Value Center roadmap with cross-functional teams, and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data to make decisions and comfortable gathering it yourself.
  • Ability to cut to the core of a problem, identify what needs to be done and work with the teams to get products launched.
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate and maintain relationships with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders and partners.
