The Supply Planning Specialist (Exports) will be responsible for the end-to-end Supply network planning across multiple brands produced in US factories and exported to 40+ countries across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and other geographical regions. This role will ensure the reliable requirement and dispatch signals and execution of export flows while balancing service level, freshness, and working capital. The Supply Planning Specialist will also proactively drive results and continuously improve performance through strong cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders in both producing and receiving markets. This role support’s the Holistic Health division and is a remote-based opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Own integrity of inbound and outbound signal in the system; identify and resolve planning exceptions for rolling 18M horizon.
• Maintain master data, transportation lanes and other set ups.
• Execute dispatch planning and load optimization, balancing service and costs.
• Establish and revise stock policy for Finished Goods.
• Support new launches, transitions and other business initiatives.
• Coordinate with customer service, logistics, and warehouse for timely execution.
• Act as primary interface with markets for alignment and issue resolution.
• Monitor and drive improvement on KPIs (Customer Order Fulfillment, Stock cover, freshness, Dispatch Plan Attainment).
• Own reporting and governance including compliance tools and health checks.
• Collaborate with production and domestic teams on constraints and trade-offs.
• Support scenario planning (reallocation, prioritization, alternative sourcing).
• Drive improvements in planning processes, master data accuracy, and system usage.
• Support automation, data quality, and NCE/LEAN initiatives.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or in a related field preferred.
• 2-3+ years of professional work experience in Supply Planning required, preferably working with Exports in an International Scope.
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint) is required.
• Must have excellent communication (oral and written), presentation, organizational and stakeholder management skills (including the ability to develop and maintain strong, cross-functional stakeholder relationships) is required.
• Proven ability to influence key business functions across different global regions without direct authority.
• Must be able to apply an end-to-end mindset and articulate complex data into clear, actionable business decisions.
• Willing and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Must be agile and ability to work through change management.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Chinese languages is desired.
The approximate pay range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as geographic location.
