Job Description

Responsible for developing and maintaining supply and production plans that ensure product availability while optimizing inventory levels, manufacturing capacity, and service levels. The role collaborates closely with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Commercial teams
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Create short-, medium-, and long-term supply plans based on demand forecasts.
  • Balance inventory, production capacity, and customer service requirements. 
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory. 
  • Coordinate with manufacturing plants and co-manufacturers to align production schedules. 
  • Participate in S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) and business planning processes. 
  • Identify supply risks and develop mitigation plans to avoid stock shortages.
  • Track and analyze KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory coverage, service level, and plan adherence.
  • Maintain planning master data and support continuous improvement initiatives.
