#Ownership

Purpose:

Brewing the world’s most loved beers and building brands consumers love, AB InBev is where ownership, ambition, and action thrive. Our portfolio of iconic brands includes global classics like Stella Artois, Budweiser, and Corona, and well-known favorites such as Camden Hells, Beck’s, and Leffe. We empower you to dream big, lead change, and create a long-lasting legacy. We value relentless problem-solvers who take accountability, embrace challenges, and turn bold goals into results through resilience and hard work.

That’s Who We Are: Come and OWN IT.

The role:

As a Supply Planning Manager, you'll own the supply relationship with some of our most important customers, leading collaboration across Commercial, Logistics, and Supply functions to deliver outstanding service and business results. You'll use data, insights, and strong partnerships to drive performance, solve complex challenges, and identify opportunities to improve our end-to-end supply chain.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Act as the central point of contact between customers and BBG’s Commercial, Logistics, and Supply teams on all supply chain matters.
  • Lead collaborative planning, including short-term forecasting (current month plus next three months), promotional activities, seasonal events, and new product launches.
  • Monitor customer stock levels, coordinate range reviews and portfolio changes, and proactively communicate supply risks, constraints, and opportunities.
  • Use data, insights, and analysis to influence customer behaviours, improve processes, and enhance distribution centre-to-store service performance.
  • Own end-to-end supply relationships with assigned customers, positioning BBG as the supplier of choice.
  • Develop and deliver Joint Supply Plans (JSPs) to drive collaborative, mutually beneficial supply chain improvements.
  • Identify and implement supply chain efficiencies while maintaining service levels and supporting commercial objectives.
  • Lead joint value creation initiatives to deliver sustainable cost savings and operational improvements for BBG and customers.
  • Own and manage customer and BBG supply chain KPIs, ensuring accurate reporting, regular reviews, and achievement of targets.
  • Develop performance improvement plans and communicate risks, issues, and mitigation actions proactively to internal and external stakeholders.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces challenges, and delivers results through strong customer partnerships and collaboration.
  • Takes ownership and accountability for customer relationships, building trusted, long-term partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Embraces change and continuous improvement, challenging the status quo to enhance processes, performance, and ways of working.
  • Demonstrates a customer-centric mindset, proactively identifying opportunities to create value and improve supply chain performance.
  • Uses data, analytical thinking, and structured problem-solving to make informed decisions and deliver measurable results.
  • Demonstrates resilience, adaptability, and agility when navigating challenges, ambiguity, and changing priorities.
  • Builds strong relationships and effectively influences stakeholders across all functions and organisational levels to achieve shared objectives.
  • Leads by example, representing Budweiser Brewing Group professionally and consistently demonstrating its values.
  • Possesses strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, teamwork, and attention-to-detail skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Has the ability to learn and use digital tools and systems (e.g., O9, ERP platforms, Power BI); experience in supply chain, logistics, demand planning, or customer operations, and a degree or equivalent professional experience, are advantageous.

Benefits & Perks:

  • 25 holidays per year + bank holidays & holiday trading options
  • Pension (up to 8% employer contribution) & income protection
  • Comprehensive health & wellbeing benefits (fully funded private medical insurance, dental insurance, gym discounts, Employee Assistance Programme)
  • 26 weeks paid parental leave for eligible primary caregivers
  • A beer allowance to enjoy our brands
  • 2 volunteer days a year to support your local community
  • Life assurance & charitable giving
