  • Manage sales and supply planning activities to optimize stock levels and improve product availability.
  • Be responsible for the demand and supply processes of Central Ordering products and suppliers.
  • Determine accurate order quantities by effectively using systems and collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Evaluate all ordering criteria that impact the demand planning process.
  • Manage ordering actions that support in-store stock management processes.
  • Lead demand forecasting analysis and reporting activities.
  • Actively and efficiently use ordering and forecasting systems/tools.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in central ordering management processes for stores (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Order Management Systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Advanced Excel skills with reporting experience.
  • Strong analytical thinking and a results-driven mindset.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative working style.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
