Shore360 is a 100% Australian-owned BP firm based in the Philippines, providing customized staffing and administrative support for international companies, handling recruitment, HR, IT, and office facilities so clients can focus on core business, offering transparent pricing, dedicated teams, and flexible setups. 

Key Responsibilities

• Orders Management: Own the creation, release, and maintenance of Production Work Plans and/or Purchase Orders (POs) in Oracle (or equivalent ERP).
• Data Integrity: Ensure 100% accuracy in quantities, pricing, and destinations to prevent downstream logistics or finance block, ensure timely supply and maintain up to date data in the system.
• Supplier Coordination Act as the daily operational point of contact for assigned Manufacturing facility and/or OEM suppliers; secure order confirmations and track production status.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor On-Time Delivery (OTD) and follow up on delays or variances.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Support weekly readiness reviews and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure shipments align with PO dates.
• R eporting: Maintain standard Excel-based and/or Power BI based reports on open orders / work orders, shortages, and supplier commitments.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience 3 –5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Planning (preferably within a Multinational or Manufacturing environment).
• ERP Foundation: Exposure to a major ERP system (Oracle preferred; SAP acceptable) with a strong understanding of the "Purchase-to-Pay" process.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel (lookups, Pivot Tables, and basic data cleaning are essential).
• Communication: Strong English verbal and written skills; comfortable communicating with international stakeholders via email and video calls.
• Reliability Ability to work a mid-shift schedule to provide consistent overlap with European/US colleagues.
• Education Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred (Not Required)

• Basic exposure to Power BI or data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of international shipping terms (Incoterms).
