What You'll Do

The Supply Planner works with our Global Commercial/Merchandising team to execute purchasing and ensure it is in line with demand and financial targets. This role works in collaboration with the Demand Planning team to mitigate any gaps and with the Sourcing teams to provide long-term capacity plans.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manages the Supply Review in monthly S&OP cycle
  • Creates monthly PORs & POs based on current demand plan
  • Maintains a rolling 12-month production plan for use by the Sourcing team and vendors
  • Maintains all POs to ensure accurate delivery dates and availability information for Sales & Customer Service
  • Partners with the Sourcing and DC teams regarding special requirements or handling (i.e., VAS, POP, etc.)
  • Acts as central point of contact for Taiwan Sourcing team regarding global supply
  • Works closely with local manufacturing vendors to ensure proper planning of needs
  • Manages Material Master Data controlling purchasing/MRP functions/Sales Portal and life cycle management with support of local teams
  • Facilitates SMU requests and material creation in coordination with Global Commercial Director & Product Line Managers
  • Supports Demand Planning and Global Commercial Director in reporting underperforming SKUs
  • Develops 12-month budget inventory plans in collaboration with Commercial/Merchandising Teams
  • Manages and ensures quarterly and year end DSI targets are met
  • Responsible for mid-month MRP changes

What We're Looking For

This position requires a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration or a related field or 2-3 years of experience in a supply chain, demand planning, or similar role.

Other qualifications include:

  • Passion for baseball and/or softball
  • Strong analytical skills: proven ability to analyze data and make updates/recommendations based on analysis
  • Detail oriented; excellent ability to plan and organize so that work is completed efficiently; ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills; ability to work closely with other functional areas
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with an intermediate to advanced level of Excel
  • SAP experience preferred

What We’ll Provide

A reasonable estimate of the pay range is $70,000-$75,000 per year at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and/or training. Please note that the range details reflect the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program.
