About the job
As a Supply Planner at Tele2, you will be part of our Supply Chain Planning team, taking ownership of a specific product category. Your core mission is to ensure we have the right amount of stock available to fulfill customer orders and deliver equipment on time — without tying up unnecessary capital in inventory. It is a balancing act that requires both analytical precision and strong stakeholder collaboration.
Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) will be one of your key processes, and you will work closely with colleagues across the organization, from Product Management and Sales to Commercial teams, to reach agreements on supply and demand forecasts. You will also be in regular contact with our third-party logistics partners (3PL) and the suppliers connected to your product category. You will also play an active role in embedding our newly implemented ERP system, IFS, into daily planning operations.
What success looks like
You will be measured on your ability to maintain strong on-time delivery performance while optimizing inventory turnover and keeping working capital at healthy levels — finding the right balance between availability and cost efficiency.
