Hiring: Supply Planner

We’re looking for a Supply Planner to join us at Telia.

I’m Vilma Čėsnienė, Head of Inventory and Materials Management Team in Supply Chain, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on managing inventory and materials flow, ensuring accurate tracking, timely availability, and efficient support for business operations and sales.

This is a fixed-term employment contract for 1 year, with the possibility of extension depending on business needs. This position is based in Vilnius.

What you’ll do:

In this position, you will manage product supply, plan demand and inventory, and collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure smooth equipment availability.

• Manage supply of assigned product categories (computers, gaming consoles, TVs, etc.)

• Plan demand, including promotions and campaigns

• Control and optimize inventory through continuous analysis

• Collaborate with distributors to secure quantities and maintain stock balance

What will help you thrive in this role:

This position is perfect for a specialist who is detail-oriented, solution-focused and has solid communication and collaboration skills.

• Proven experience in supply chain or similar field
• Ability to analyze the data with basic Excel tools (vlookup, pivot, etc.)
• Fluency in Lithuanian, basic English language skills (A2)
• Knowledge of SAP considered advantage

Monthly salary range for this position 1800 – 2100 Eur (gross) + annual performance/sales bonuses Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
