About the role:
As a Supply Planner, you play a central role in ensuring product availability while balancing service levels, costs and sustainability. You translate demand signals into smart supply and inventory decisions and work closely with internal teams and external partners.
Your mission:
Manage supply and inventory planning aligned with demand forecasts, customer requirements and financial targets
Monitor stock levels and maintain key planning parameters such as MOQ, lead times and safety stock
Identify and anticipate risks including shortages, excess stock, obsolescence or supply disruptions, and propose mitigation actions
Generate and align purchase forecasts with suppliers and principals
Coordinate destocking initiatives and support supplier onboarding
Collaborate closely with Procurement, Product Management and other supply chain stakeholders
Ensure accurate ERP usage, data quality, compliance and contribution to sustainability objectives
Actively support continuous improvement and system enhancement initiatives
Your Profile
Proven experience in Supply Chain & Planning and cross-functional working
Attention to detail, self-starter and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Business understanding, strong analytical and planning skills.
Strong communication and organizational skills
Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and IT tools
Native Dutchand Fluent in English
