Bulga Open Cut is a long established and consistently performing open cut coal operation located near Singleton in the NSW Hunter Valley, with extensive mine approvals extending until 2038. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Supply Officer to join our high performing team. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity working a Monday to Friday dayshift roster. In this role, you will manage end-to-end flow of materials, tools and equipment including receipt, storage, control and distribution while maintaining high standards for safety, compliance and maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, this role will be responsible for:

• Receive, inspect, reconcile and storage of incoming stock
• Unload and load using mobile equipment, including forklifts
• Conduct accurate inventory control including inventory records, stocktakes or managing stock issues
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory forecasting to support operational needs
• Provide excellent service to internal stakeholders
• Prepare reports on deliveries and inventory, contributing to compliance and continuous improvement
• Adhere to all safety requirements and procedures

About you:

• Experience in receiving, handling and dispatching of stock within mining or heavy industry sector
• A current Forklift Operating Licence
• Proficiency in data systems such as SAP (desirable)
• You possess strong teamwork, attention to detail, process control and coordination skills
• You obtain a high level of safety awareness, and a willingness to contribute to a successful team.
