The Supply Manager will oversee the end-to-end supply operations of the GCash ecosystem, ensuring all vouchers, rewards, and partner offerings are optimized, campaign-ready, and aligned with business goals. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive supply performance, improve operational processes, and deliver a seamless customer experience across the platform.
You will be responsible for the following:
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of vouchers, rewards, SKUs, and partner-led offerings within the GCash ecosystem
Execute supply strategies to ensure the right mix of offers across categories and user segments
Lead category execution activities including assortment planning and supply rationalization
Coordinate closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, and other stakeholders to align supply with campaign and promotional calendars
Ensure all supply items are technically ready, campaign-ready, and compliant with quality standards
Monitor supply governance protocols and manage quality checks for all onboarded items
Analyze supply performance and recommend improvements based on data and insights
Build and improve operational processes for onboarding, lifecycle management, and off-boarding of supply
Prepare reports and dashboards on supply performance, redemption velocity, and supply health
We are looking for:
At least 4 years of experience in category management, marketplace operations, supply management, trade marketing, or commercial operations
Experience in e-commerce, fintech, superapps, loyalty platforms, or digital marketplaces is preferred
Proven experience managing and scaling supply or assortment across multiple categories
Strong stakeholder management and partner management skills
Experience working with merchants, brands, or external partners
Data-driven and comfortable using insights to improve business performance
Strong operational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
