Due to the development of John Deere Business Service Center, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:

Supply Management Planner
Poznań, Poland

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage material procurement to support Aftermarket requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure delivery and quality performance.
  • Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock to balance availability and cost.
  • Analyze supply chain data to improve planning and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on demand forecasting and production planning.
  • Communicate material availability, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain and supplier performance.

Our requirements:

  • Proficiency in English (B2/C1 level).
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, Logistics, or customer service
  • Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, procurement processes, and supply chain best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
