Supply Logistician
Supply Logisticians play pivotal role in the country programs and ensure the smooth functioning of the project and medical activities. As a Supply Logistician you will lead and supervise the supply team and representa link between the internal and external stakeholders and ensure efficient supply administration.

Objectives and responsibilities of the position
As a Supply Logistician in a country program, you will be planning all supply chain activities and:
Ensure efficient supply administration, and implementation of supply chain standards
Ensure the HR set-up related to supply (team size, JD’s, Organigram, distribution of tasksand responsibilities), manage the project supply team.
Participate in the selection of, providesupport (train/coach) and evaluate the supply team
Requirements
At least 2 years of hands-on work experience in Supply Chain Management or a related area
Intermediate Excel user and with knowledge of navigating Power BI reportsExperience in training, coaching and supervision of staff
Experience in managing teams
Experience in an international and culturally diverse environment
A good command of English (minimum B1)
Ability to cope with stress and to organize and prioritize workload
Willingness to work in an unstable and insecure environment
Availability of at least 12 months
Assets
A good command of the French and/or Arabic language (minimum B1)
Desirable previous experience with MSF or other NGOs and working experience in developing countries.
