We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our clients for a Supply Finance Senior Analyst to join their regional finance team in Poland.
This position plays a key role in driving financial performance and value creation across multiple manufacturing sites within the region. The successful candidate will partner closely with both finance and operational stakeholders to ensure strong financial governance, insightful analysis, and continuous improvement across supply chain activities.
This is an individual contributor role reporting to the regional Supply Finance leadership.
Lead selected P&L components during month-end close, forecasting (including S&OP+), and annual planning cycles for several production sites
Perform variance analysis (actual vs. forecast), identify trends, and assess financial risks and opportunities
Partner with shared service teams and external providers to ensure accurate and timely reporting
Deliver benchmarking analyses across sites and support knowledge-sharing initiatives
Develop and enhance digital tools and dashboards to improve reporting, deep-dive analysis, and performance tracking
Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support operational decision-making and regional projects
Promote continuous improvement by standardizing, simplifying, and automating financial processes
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Confidence working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Collaborative approach with the ability to influence non-financial stakeholders
Solid understanding of cost and management accounting principles
Familiarity with manufacturing or supply chain operations
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, ideally within manufacturing or supply chain finance
Preferred:
MBA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification
