Wilhelmsen Ship Services is looking for a Supply Coordinator.

The Supply Coordinator will responsible that all orders from WSS network are handled correctly,and responsible that all demands from WSS network are met and communicated in an efficient and professional manner.

Who you will report to:

The Supply Coordinator reports to the Senior Dispatch Coordinator –works closely together with the rest of the team to promote Wilhelmsen Ships Service.

What you will be doing:

  • Ensure that all duties/routines are carried out in accordance with company policy
  • Report and take or cause action to ensure a professional service on departmental level
  • Will take advantage of the technology available in the daily work and make sure it is used efficiently and in line with company standards
  • Assist where necessary in the tasks of the department in terms of:
    • Order Input
    • Claims
    • Problem Solving
    • Day-to-day Orders
    • Order Confirmations
    • General Administration
    • Quotes and Enquiries Follow-up
  • Responsible for up keeping good HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) practices as laid down by the company during your employment at all time
  • Ensure that all orders are closed within month end

What you need to be successful in this role:

  • Preferably GCE ‘A’ level or Diploma holder
    • Additional education on administration & economics
    • Minimum 2 years experience in similar functions
    • Familiar with office applications and ERP System (IFS)
    • Fluent English writing and speaking
    • Good communication skills
    • Good telephone manners
    • Systematic and accurate nature
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Versatile and adaptable to varied working condition
    • Work on own initiative within a team
