
Role: Supply Chain Warranty Coordinator
Reports to: Service Desk Manager
Location: Darlington
Hours: 39 hours, Fixed Term 6 month contract
Salary: £27,000
We're looking for a service-focused, proactive, and organised Supply Chain Warranty Coordinator to play a key role in managing quality issues across our store network. You will be joining our Customer Care team, providing a high level of customer service at all times.
You'll be responsible for coordinating warranty-related activities, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and delivering a high standard of customer service. What you’ll be doing:
Supporting service teams across the Magnet group to resolve quality issues quickly and effectively
Managing customer quality complaints from start to successful resolution
Reviewing and processing warranty and quality claims in line with company policies
Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient handling of customer claims
Providing guidance and support to the warranty coordinators
Identifying trend into data and taking action where needed
Who we’re looking for:
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Effective telephone handling technique
Desirable a background in Manufacturing or quality assurance
Strong analytical skills and the ability to maintain accurate documentation
Not afraid to make decisions and use your own initiative
High organisation skills to be able to adhere to agreed working practices
Problem solving skills to be able to find a solution for all customers
