Job Description

About the role

As our Supply Chain Transformation Project Manager, you will lead strategic supply chain initiatives across EMEA, driving change from concept through implementation, stabilization, and handover to operations.

Working across logistics, returns, planning, and order-to-delivery processes, you will coordinate cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions that improve supply chain capability and support business growth.

The role operates in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve, information may be incomplete, and resources are often shared across operational and project activities. Success requires pragmatism, resilience, and the ability to drive progress through ambiguity.

Typical initiatives include logistics network optimisation, warehouse transitions, 3PL selection and implementation, process standardisation, operational capability deployment, and supply chain transformation programmes.

A significant part of the role focuses on solution design, implementation, problem solving, stabilization, and ensuring sustainable outcomes after go-live.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic supply chain initiatives from discovery through implementation and stabilization
  • Design and document end-to-end supply chain processes across logistics, planning, returns, and order-to-delivery
  • Translate project outcomes into operating models, SOPs, governance structures, and process controls
  • Coordinate plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomes across matrix teams
  • Drive implementation activities, readiness assessments, testing, hypercare, and transition to BAU
  • Prepare governance materials and decision papers for senior stakeholders
  • Track benefits, milestones, spend, adoption, and delivery performance
  • Surface risks, conflicts, resource constraints, and delivery impacts early
  • Capture lessons learned and embed continuous improvement actions

About You

  • Proven experience delivering supply chain transformation initiatives from design through implementation
  • Strong understanding of supply chain operations gained through direct operational, implementation, or transformation experience. Typically 5+ years of relevant experience across areas such as logistics network optimisation, warehouse transitions, 3PL implementation, transportation, process redesign, or supply chain systems deployment.
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed, multi-market environment
  • Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
  • Structured, pragmatic, and outcome oriented
  • Strong communicator with the ability to engage both senior stakeholders and operational teams
  • Comfortable operating through ambiguity and competing priorities

Beyond products, to encourage an inventive future, Dyson is also inspiring the next generation of engineers and inventors through the Dyson Institute of Engineering and Technology, the James Dyson Foundation and the James Dyson Award.

The Dyson family applies its problem-solving approach in other fields, and established Dyson Farming in 2012.
