Onsite at the Integrated Service Center - 390 Airtech Parkway, Plainfield, IN 46168

Primarily Mon-Fri, day-shift but will rotate based on business needs. Some weekends will be required due to new Warehouse Management System implementation and go live.

The Training & Compliance Specialist is responsible for the design, delivery, and maintenance of onboarding and ongoing training programs that support regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and system integrity at the Integrated Service Center. This role ensures all associates are properly onboarded, trained, and competency‑validated in alignment with NABP accreditation requirements, ISC Policies and Procedures, and Warehouse Management System (WMS) controls. The position plays a critical role in documentation management, inspection readiness, and sustaining a culture of compliance and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Initial Qualification

  • Own and administer the ISC onboarding program, ensuring new hires receive timely, role‑appropriate training aligned to approved Policies, Procedures, and Standard Work.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities with Operations, Quality, HR, and IT to ensure system access, training sequencing, and documentation are completed prior to independent work.
  • Ensure all onboarding training includes regulatory and NABP‑relevant expectations, quality principles, and system controls applicable to the associate’s role.
  • Maintain onboarding checklists and records demonstrating completion of required training and competency validation.

Training Program Development & Delivery

  • Develop, deliver, and maintain role‑based training curricula supporting ISC operations, NABP accreditation standards, and WMS‑enabled processes.
  • Provide initial and recurrent training for operational roles, including receiving, inventory control, order management, shipping, security, and quality‑related activities.
  • Deliver retraining when procedures, systems, or regulatory requirements change, ensuring training content reflects current approved documentation.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust methods or materials as needed to improve comprehension and compliance.

Documentation & Records Management

  • Maintain accurate, complete, and audit‑ready training documentation, including curricula, attendance records, competency assessments, and acknowledgments.
  • Ensure training records are retained and accessible in accordance with ISC Records Management requirements and NABP expectations.
  • Partner with document owners to ensure training materials reference the current approved versions of SOPs, P&Ps, and Standard Work.
  • Support document control activities related to training content, revisions, and effective dates.

NABP & Regulatory Compliance Support

  • Ensure training programs align with NABP accreditation scope and inspection criteria, supporting sustained compliance.
  • Support NABP and regulatory inspections by providing training evidence, explaining training methodologies, and assisting with real‑time documentation requests.
  • Incorporate inspection feedback, audit findings, and CAPA outcomes into training updates and onboarding enhancements.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource on training and qualification requirements during inspections and internal audits.

WMS Training & System Alignment

  • Own and maintain WMS training documentation, including workflows, system controls, and user responsibilities tied to regulated processes.
  • Coordinate with Operations, IS, and Quality to ensure WMS training reflects approved procedures and system behavior.
  • Ensure retraining occurs following WMS upgrades, configuration changes, or process redesigns impacting compliance or data integrity.

Quality & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify training gaps through audits, deviations, inspection findings, and operational feedback.
  • Participate in quality reviews and continuous improvement initiatives related to training effectiveness and compliance sustainability.
  • Proactively recommend enhancements to onboarding, training delivery, and documentation practices to reduce risk and improve readiness.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with ISC Leadership, Quality, Regulatory, and Operations teams to align training priorities with business and compliance needs.
  • Support change management efforts by ensuring training and onboarding are integrated into new initiatives and system implementations.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, compliance, and continuous learning across the ISC.

Success Measures

  • Timely and complete onboarding of new associates
  • Accuracy and auditability of training and onboarding records
  • Inspection outcomes related to training and qualification
  • Responsiveness to procedural and system changes
  • Reduction in repeat findings tied to training gaps

Requirements:

  • Previous record keeping/admin experience
  • SOP and policy writing
  • Supply chain/distribution knowledge
  • Previous training and development of training materials
  • Process improvement work.

Other Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience is required.
• Requires excellent presentation and training skills.
