Job Summary
The Supply Chain Training Manager is responsible for building and sustaining supply chain capability across the Maker's Pride manufacturing network by owning training for supply chain manager–level roles and below at every plant. This role drives compliance to standard work through Tiered Audits, partners with plant teams on action plans to close gaps, and serves as a change agent for enterprise supply chain initiatives. Acting as a subject matter expert for emerging local supply chain issues, this position works in close collaboration with Plant Managers and Supply Chain Platform Directors to ensure consistency, capability, and operational excellence across all plant-specific supply chain functions—service, inventory, materials management, finite scheduling, order management, and inventory control. Frequent travel to plants is required.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform Tiered Audits on plant compliance to standard work and partner with plants on action plans to solve gaps across all plant-specific supply chain functions (service, inventory, materials management, finite scheduling, order management, and inventory control)
• Own training of supply chain manager–level and below roles at every plant, in collaboration with the Plant Manager and Supply Chain Platform Director
• Serve as a change agent for plant supply chain enterprise initiatives (best practices, technology enablement, etc.)
• Serve as a key member of the supply chain change agent network
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for emerging local supply chain issues (coverage, customer disruptions, supply chain performance issues), with frequent travel to plants
• Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators tied to training completion, audit scores, and standard work adherence
• Lead root cause analysis on recurring compliance gaps and drive corrective actions in partnership with plant teams
• Champion continuous improvement of standard work training content, tools, and documentation to reflect evolving business needs and best practices

Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred. An equivalent combination of relevant experience and education will be considered.
• Experience:
◦ 5+ years of progressive supply chain experience across planning, materials management, inventory control, order management, or plant supply chain operations
◦ Proven experience delivering training, capability building, or auditing standard work in a multi-site manufacturing environment
◦ Food or perishable manufacturing industry experience preferred
• Skills:
◦ Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes (service, inventory, materials management, finite scheduling, order management, inventory control)
◦ Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and build capability across multiple plants and levels
◦ Strong facilitation and training delivery skills with the ability to adapt content to varied audiences
◦ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to identifying gaps and driving corrective action
◦ Proficient in SAP, Blue Yonder (or similar planning systems), and advanced Excel
◦ Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization
◦ Strong project and change management skills; comfortable serving as a change agent
◦ Continuous improvement mindset with experience applying Lean principles
◦ Ability to travel frequently to plant locations (50%+)

The pay range for this full-time, salaried position is $97,210-$145,814/year. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive based on company and individual performance.
