Supply Chain Traceability Specialist

We are looking for a Supply Chain Traceability Specialist to support LS&Co.’s commitment to responsible sourcing, transparency, and compliance with emerging global traceability and forced labor regulations across global supply chains. The Supply Chain Traceability Specialist will be a key member of the LS&Co. Global Sustainability team, reporting to the Senior Manager of Traceability and Supply Chain Mapping.

The ideal candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen LS&Co.’s traceability compliance framework, support supplier due diligence, and ensure robust documentation and verification practices. You will also help build supplier capacity through training and audits and contribute to LS&Co.’s global traceability strategy. This role will be based in Bangalore, India.

About the Job

  • Support traceability initiatives across Tier 1–4 suppliers, with a focus on fiber-to-garment transparency.
  • Conduct supplier due diligence assessments and support supplier onboarding processes aligned with LS&Co.’s Supplier Due Diligence standards.
  • Support ongoing supplier monitoring and risk management efforts, including routine screening of existing suppliers and coordinating fiber origin verification testing.
  • Assist in planning and executing traceability audits, including documentation reviews and partnering with consultants.
  • Conduct chain-of-custody documentation reviews (e.g., shipping records, invoices, production reports) by connecting data points across documents to verify product origin and material flow.
  • Monitor and support compliance with global forced labor regulations and emerging traceability laws (e.g. UFLPA, EU Forced Labor Ban, CSDDD).
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build capacity through training sessions and guidance on traceability documentation and systems.
  • Support LS&Co. Sustainability Goals by contributing to internal and external traceability reporting.
  • Partner with the Sourcing, Legal, Trade Compliance, and the Licensing teams to continue to embed our traceability tools and solutions across the company.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Sustainability, Textile Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain transparency, sustainability, or compliance within the apparel industry.
  • Strong understanding of apparel supply chains, including raw material sourcing and manufacturing processes.
  • Familiarity with forced labor regulations and global traceability requirements.
  • Experience with supply chain mapping or traceability solutions is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze and connect documentation to verify product origin and material flow.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused with strong project management capabilities.
  • Comfortable working with a cross-functional global teams and multicultural environment.
