The Supply Chain Technology Specialist supports the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Price’s supply chain systems, processes, and operational technologies. This role partners with cross-functional teams to improve visibility, data accuracy, efficiency, and scalability across the organization.
The position supports ERP enhancements, reporting and analytics, process standardization, operational improvements, and digital transformation initiatives across North American operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Support and enhance supply chain systems, processes, and operational technologies.
• Work within ERP platforms (IFS) to maintain and optimize operational data, workflows, and system configuration.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational standardization.
• Support implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives related to operational systems and technologies.
• Develop SOPs, training materials, and process documentation to support successful adoption of systems and processes.
• Assist with project coordination, user support, and change management activities.
• Travel to U.S. and Canadian facilities to support implementations, training, and operational improvements.
Qualifications and Skills
• B.S. or Technology Diploma in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Systems, or Supply Chain Engineering preferred. Equivalent Supply Chain or Operations experience may also be considered.
• Understanding of supply chain and operational processes within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience or familiarity with ERP systems and operational data structures.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Interest in operational efficiency, process improvement, and technology-driven solutions.
• Experience with reporting tools, data analysis, and process documentation is considered an asset.
