
Provides operational support for supply chain activities including inventory control, receiving, distribution, and warehouse management to ensuretimelyandaccurateavailability of supplies for patient care and departmental needs.

ManagePARlevels for assigned clinical areas and departments and monitor utilization trends to ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained for patient care.
Performroutinecyclecounts, pulling, rotating, and restocking of inventory&PARlocations(stocking to the back of bins using FIFOmethodology), and investigate any inventory discrepancies.
Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked supply areas across all assigned locationsand central distribution, ensuring compliance with hospital standards Includingdisposal ofcardboard, packing materialsand trasheach shift
Collaborate with department leaders to adjust PAR levels, add/remove products, andoptimizeinventory.
Assistwith product recalls and regulatory compliance processes.
Restock allcentral distributionareas daily and across shifts; maintain a “pick-ready” environment at all timeswithno opencardboard
Receive, inspect,and openall packagesto verifycontentsagainst purchase orders and packing slipsVerify distributor deliveries to confirmthecorrect items and quantities received
Identifyand report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goodsat time of deliveryandassistwith resolution
Maintainaccuraterecords of shipments, returns, and discrepanciesandfileaccordingly
Prioritize receiving and delivery of urgent or critical items
Ensure deliveries are made to thecorrectlocationand capture the deliveryin Workdaywiththeappropriate photodocumentation
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient receiving area
Assistdepartments with supply needs and inquiries.Answer incoming calls andservicewindowas needed.
Accuratelyprocess and issue supplies prior to leaving the warehouse.
Process and deliverdepartmentalsupplyrequisitionstothe correctlocationsand ensure packing slipsaccompanyall deliveries.
Participateandassistwith annual physical inventory processes

Heavy lifting, pushing, and pulling is required up to 50 lbs occasionally, 20-30 lbs frequently, and 10lbs constantly to move objects of up to 150 lbs. Keyboard/computer use and/or repetitive motions may be required.
