A fantastic new internal opportunity in our EMEA Supply Chain team has become available!

This position can be based in Belgrade (Serbia) office.

As a Supply Chain Team Leader, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and allocating business activities and resources to ensure timely product delivery, high levels of customer service, and achievement of revenue targets.

You will play a key role in implementing efficient supply chain processes, monitoring team and individual performance, and fostering a work environment that supports employee engagement and retention.

The role involves coordinating and supervising the daily operations of a team of individual contributors, setting priorities to ensure tasks are completed effectively and in alignment with business objectives. You will also collaborate regularly with peers and direct reports to exchange information and maintain operational continuity.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage the process and development of value-added solutions for the company and its defined supplier(s) growth plans and business.
  • Be the first escalation point for local team and seeks to solve operational problems.
  • Build strong relationship with Customer, Supplier and all departments within the Organization to ensure end to end execution and efficiency for supply chain engagements.
  • Improve continuously processes in the team and share best practices amongst organization and to improve productivity.
  • Compile and analyze operational statistics in order to assess organizational effectiveness and identifies process improvement opportunities.
  • Oversee the planning and managing business engagements to meet product delivery, customer service, expected performance and revenue goals.
  • Manage a team of supply chain specialist ensuring the coordination of sales and support team efforts in assigned accounts
  • Ensure customer requirements are identified, including tasks, assignments and coordinates resources and creates/tracks project schedules.
  • Approve business decisions based on data analytics and craft sales and supply chain strategies.
  • Ensure a strong collaboration between global sales teams, internal and external stakeholders globally.
  • Oversee the process of the documenting changes in such things as customer guidelines, SOW, pricing files, margins and revenue analysis.
  • Ensure strong collaboration between the company’s global regions and their respective support teams
  • Generate and share comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines
  • Acts as a change agent by ensuring employees have a good understanding of changes, ensuring readiness, and providing solutions and conflict resolution including payment of outstanding accounts payable accounts
  • Develop direct reports by providing internal coaching and training, identify needs for training
  • Support manager concerning induction, delegating work assignments, performance management, vacation planning.
  • Help creating and maintain an environment that is conducive to retaining employees
  • Liase with local facilities services such as manager, HR, etc as required.
  • Proactively seek individual learning and development opportunities to build leadership skill set and enhance individual performance
  • Other duties as assigned.
