Join us as a Supply Chain Systems & Tooling Specialist

  • You’ll translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and support decision-making through and continuous improvement across supply chain platforms and tools
  • Help optimise systems, improve data quality and user experience, and drive greater automation, efficiency and governance across the supply chain landscape

What you’ll do

In this highly analytical role, you’ll use data, insight and technical expertise to identify opportunities and solve business challenges across Supply Chain Services. You’ll analyse, design and enhance end-to-end supply chain solutions, helping optimise systems, processes and performance while improving the quality and accessibility of business information.

You’ll also play a key role in shaping the future systems and reporting architecture for Supply Chain Services. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you’ll support business transformation initiatives, implement new capabilities and enhance existing platforms to deliver better operational and business outcomes.

You’ll also be:

  • Providing technical and functional expertise across supply chain platforms and processes, making sure solutions align with business standards and requirements
  • Configuring and administering supply chain systems, including workflows, user access, permissions, data maintenance and platform controls
  • Leading release management, user acceptance testing and deployment activities, ensuring changes are delivered safely, effectively and in line with governance requirements
  • Monitoring system performance, incidents and data quality, identifying issues and driving timely resolution to maintain stability and integrity
  • Making sure platforms operate in line with governance, risk and control requirements, including audit and regulatory expectations
  • Capturing and validating business and technical requirements, supporting data remediation, reporting enhancements and optimisation initiatives
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers, acting as a subject matter expert to support adoption, continuous improvement and effective operational support

The skills you'll need

We’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of supply chain services and experience working with third-party providers. You’ll bring hands-on experience of system configuration, administration and technical solution delivery, ideally across platforms such as Jaggaer, Ariba and Coupa, as well as tools like Power Bi and Power Automate.

You’ll need a minimum of five years’ experience in supply chain systems administration, implementation and integration, with a proven track record of managing configurations, supporting business processes and driving continuous improvement. Alongside strong technical expertise, you’ll understand how data, reporting and analytics can be used to improve supply chain performance and support wider business objectives.

We’ll expect you to have:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience working with complex data sets and identifying practical solutions
  • A solid understanding of supply chain processes, third-party management and supplier-facing environments
  • The ability to translate business requirements and challenges into effective technical solutions
  • Experience working within Agile and structured change delivery frameworks
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build working relationships across technical and business teams
  • The ability to clearly communicate technical impacts, risks and recommendations to support informed decision-making
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver against deadlines
