The In-N-Out Burger Supply Chain team has an excellent opportunity for a Supply Chain Systems Administrator I, located in Chino, CA!

The Supply Chain Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration, support, optimization, and security of enterprise systems that enable supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and distribution. This role ensures system reliability, data integrity, and seamless integration with ERP, WMS, TMS, and third-party logistics platforms to support business continuity and operational efficiency.

*This role is based full time in office*

General Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and maintain supply chain systems including ERP, WMS, TMS, MRP, and EDI platforms to ensure high system availability, performance, and security for applications.
• Manage system upgrades, patches, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, data, and interface issues affecting supply chain operations. If necessary, coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and internal IT teams on system incidents and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and system configurations.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure system functionality, reliability, and data integrity.
• Participate in supply chain automation, digital transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Work Schedule + Benefits

• Full-time position, (Non-exempt)
• Sunday-Thursday, 8am-5pm
• Department needs may call for occasional travel (10%-20%) 
• Weekends and nights as needed 
• Salary Pay Range: $37.36/hour - $42.00/hour
• The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience and other job-related factors.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED, required.
• College Degree, preferred.
• Up to 2 years of tech/applications experience, required.
• Up to 2 years of systems administration experience, preferred.
• Proficiency of Office 365, Asana, Jira.
• Microsoft Azure, CompTIA Server+, or Google Cloud Professional Certification, preferred.
• HighJump Certification, preferred.
• Oracle Supply Chain Management, preferred.
