Supply Chain System Analyst

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain System Analyst with a strong focus on SAP PP and planning-related systems to join our team.
The primary responsibility of this role is to support SAP PP and planning-related systems implementation and go-live activities. You will act as a bridge between business teams and IT teams, ensuring system solutions align with business objectives and drive operational efficiency.
The role requires solid SAP PP / MRP knowledge and strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

About the job:

• Analyze SAP PP and planning-related systems, understand business requirements, and translate them into clear functional specifications.
• Work closely with the SBU planning team and Global IT to support SAP or other system implementation and go-live, including process alignment, UAT coordination, and go-live readiness.
• Support the system projects across the full lifecycle, including requirement gathering, testing (UAT), deployment, training, and post-implementation support.
• Serve as the SAP PP subject matter expert, with in-depth understanding of MRP run principles, supply and demand analysis in MD04, and hands-on experience in analyzing MRP exception messages and rescheduling logic.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support SAP PP process rollout and provide guidance on system behavior and limitations.
• Coordinate with third-party IT vendors on requirement clarification, solution review, issue tracking, and delivery quality.

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related majors.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Analyst, SAP Planning Key User, or related role.
• Hands-on experience with SAP PP and planning-related systems is required.
• Solid technical foundation in SAP or other ERP systems, with good knowledge of business analysis methodologies.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in the SAP PP module (mandatory), with understanding of MRP-related concepts.
• Familiarity with SQL or database development background is a plus.
• Experience in third-party IT vendor coordination, with effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good English communication skills and proactive learning mindset.
