Supply Chain SYSPRO Lead

Our client is seeking an experienced Supply Chain SYSPRO Lead to lead the implementation, testing, and stabilisation of supply chain processes within a SYSPRO ERP environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on supply chain professional with strong ERP implementation experience to drive business process transformation across warehousing, inventory management, barcode scanning, traceability, manufacturing, and distribution. Working closely with project teams, implementation partners, and operational stakeholders, you will play a critical role in ensuring a successful ERP deployment while improving operational efficiency and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Lead the design, documentation, and implementation of end-to-end supply chain processes aligned to the SYSPRO ERP environment.
• 
  Drive process standardisation across receiving, inventory management, warehousing, production material movements, finished goods handling, dispatch, and customer delivery.
• 
  Review and optimise warehouse operations, including bin structures, stock movements, inventory visibility, cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and replenishment processes.
• 
  Lead the implementation of barcode scanning and mobile warehouse solutions across receiving, production, warehousing, dispatch, and logistics operations.
• 
  Work closely with implementation partners to ensure SYSPRO is configured to meet business and operational requirements.
• 
  Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), process validation, data verification, cutover planning, and go-live readiness activities.
• 
  Support change management initiatives, including end-user training, super-user development, process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions.
• 
  Develop operational dashboards and monitor key supply chain performance indicators.
• 
  Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, traceability, customer service levels, and overall supply chain performance.
• 
  Provide post go-live support, stabilisation, and knowledge transfer to operational teams.

Minimum Requirements

• 
  Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5–10 years' experience within Supply Chain, Warehousing, or Logistics.
• 
  Minimum 3 years' experience participating in ERP implementation projects.
• 
  Experience with barcode scanning solutions and inventory control systems.
• 
  Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain best practices.

Highly Advantageous

• 
  SYSPRO ERP implementation experience.
• 
  SYSPRO Certification.
• 
  Project Management qualification.
• 
  Lean or Continuous Improvement certification.
• 
  Experience within FMCG, Food, Beverage, or Manufacturing environments.
• 
  Experience with mobile warehouse technologies.
• 
  Experience implementing traceability and compliance-driven supply chain processes.
• 
  Business process redesign and change management experience.
