Job Description

As the QTMP project grows, we are now seeking a Supply Chain Support person to join our Supply Chain & Procurement team. Reporting directly to the Procurement Manager -QLD, this new role will see you work closely with internal operational teams as well as a number of suppliers to support the end to end supply chain activities across purchasing, logistics, warehousing and site support.

Some accountabilities will include:

  • Sourcing and ordering materials
  • Receiving and receipting goods
  • Purchase to Pay (P2P) activities
  • Coordinating logistics
  • Managing stock levels
  • Ensuring efficient onsite vendor and consumables management

This is a fulltime, permanent role, based onsite at our Torbanlea Manufacturing Facility. You will spend the first few months based at our Maryborough Service Delivery Centre to complete training


About You:

  • 2+ years demonstrated experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics or warehouse operations
  • Willing to obtain qualifications within a supply chain & procurement, and/or logistics related discipline
  • Experience in receipting goods/services
  • Experience with ERP systems for purchasing, receipting and inventory management
  • Strong people, communication and collaboration skills
