Job Description

The Supply Chain Supervisor will be responsible for planning, implementing and controlling efficient, effective flow and storage of goods and services from the external supply chain to internal Solvita operations up to the point of consumption and replenishment. Maintain operational supply functions in accordance with all relevant regulatory requirements, standard operating policies/procedures, and applicable laws. Responsible for all applicable documentation and inspection ready operations.
Shift: 11:00pm-7:30am

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in multiple facets of Supply Chain required to include buying, material and information flow, inventory control and distribution.
• Previous supervisory experience.

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
• Must be a proficient PC user.
• Must understand the concepts of business process documentation and improvement.
• Possess solid decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to:
◦ Coach and communicate.
◦ Follow directions and work independently without direct supervision.
◦ Be focused, organized and detail oriented to focus on specific tasks for long periods of time.
◦ Understand the concepts of business process documentation and improvement.
• Must be able to meet the required physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to pass test for and maintain operator’s permit for the Fork Truck.
• Requires ability to lift and/or carry 50 pounds repeatedly and without assistance.
• Meet driver insurability standards as established by CBC/CTS.
