The Supply Chain Supervisor is a strategic position for LATAM that requires technical background as agronomy or similar and seed production knowledge, which can be based in Salto or Venado Tuerto (Argentina) or Guadalajara (Mexico).
Responsibilities
The position will work on inventory management data analyze to capture quality deviations and work to correct them.
Work on quality issues investigation based on customer complaints, audit findings and strong quality data analyze.
Support leadership related with quality deviation communication and required data.
Implement best practices and bring innovation for inventory management work process LATAM.
When requested, work with business and marketing team in actions and projects related with seed quality.
Coordinate Supply Chain projects, applying methodology in order to guarantee success implementation and sustainability.
Requirements
A graduate or post graduate degree in Supply chain management or related field.
Prior work experience in supply chain management in Chemical/ Agrochemicals/ Agriscience industry preferable.
Experience in industry-specific software programs is necessary.
Proficiency in data analysis and reports presentation is essential.
English proficiency.
Travel availability (the position will require frequent travels).
