
The Supply Chain Strategy Lead (AI Strategy & Transformation Lead) is responsible for planning, developing, and executing PTPs AI roadmap across procurement, warehouse, and material planning functions. This role drives AI-enabled transformation initiatives to optimize cost, enhance compliance, improve operational efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making across the supply chain. The position ensures all AI initiatives align with corporate strategy, statutory requirements, and information security standards while strengthening PTPs competitiveness in line with global port digitalization trends.
Develop and implement a 3–5 year AI roadmap aligned with PTPs supply chain strategy, including identification, evaluation, and prioritization of high-value AI use cases with clear ROI assessment.
Lead end-to-end implementation of AI and automation solutions, ensuring successful integration with ERP (RAMCO), WMS, procurement systems, and other digital platforms while maintaining strong data governance and model performance.
Drive AI-enabled procurement transformation, including spend analytics, price forecasting, supplier risk scoring, automated tender compliance monitoring, and predictive contract management.
Enhance warehouse and inventory optimization through predictive analytics, inventory rate accuracy improvement, demand forecasting, stock optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives.
Strengthen material planning through predictive models, planning accuracy improvements, digital visibility, and reduction of emergency purchases and obsolete inventory.
Ensure governance, compliance, and risk management by embedding audit trails, AI decision explainability, cybersecurity adherence, and data integrity controls.
Lead capability building and change management initiatives, including training, stakeholder engagement, and promotion of a data-driven supply chain culture.
Bachelors Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (Masters degree preferred).
5–8 years of experience in AI, analytics, automation, or digital transformation roles, preferably within operational environments.
Experience in ERP systems and supply chain-related platforms (procurement, warehouse, or material planning systems preferred).
Strong technical competency in analytics tools such as Python, SQL, and BI platforms.
Strong business acumen with sound understanding of supply chain operations.
Proven project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
